The function Forward call allows you to divert a call from an internal phone to another (internal or external)
phone; you can activate this function from every phone.
Setting of the Forwarding Provider (Provider di inoltro):
Go to Voip => General Parameter
/parametri generali=> Forwarding Provider/Provider di inoltro select the
provider you want to use to forward the calls outside.
Click on the appropriate button to confirm the changes
Save the Rescue Point as described in the "Saving Rescue Point
" section. We recommend that you insert a
description of the changes.

Enable the Forward Calls service:
Dial *21*<Telephone Number>#
Example *21*0212345678# forward calls to number
0212345678
Disable Forward Calls service:
Dial **21#
