IVR is the acronym of Interactive Voice Responder.

An IVR can be associated with a virtual extension called Extension.

By clicking on the button  it is possible to create a new IVR:

After having dialed the name and the number click on Add/Aggiungi.

Now you can:

• Change the name with

• delete it by clicking
• go to the tree management with
