The Users Management has a multilevel configuration so that you can apply more policies to
the same user through the Groups previously created in the Voip service.
Below you can see how it works:
How to create a User and use of the Voip Service:
To select the Users menu click on the icon: 
To add a user click on the
button:
Insert the user information: last name, first name, username, password and type of user, Mail.
NOTE:
If not specified the username and password will be automatically assigned.
To activate the Voip service for the User select 
VOIP Menu
The Voip menu shows the currently hardware connected (telephone, ATA, softphone, etc.)
Click on the arrow pointing down to see the Voip menu
Options description:
- Extension number:
Based on the preferences set in the General Parameters (number) it will be
=>automatically assigned the first available extension number. Furthermore it is
possible => to use an available number by dialling it manually.
To see the currently assigned telephone numbers, click on the Index icon: 
Note: use a more than two digit number if you want to manage the extensions with
more than a provider (SIP o BRI).
- Codec:
Select the kind of codec to be used: GSM, ULOW, ALOW, G726, ILBA e G729.
If you leave the option ALL/TUTTI activated the hardware connected (telephone, ATA,
softphone, etc.) will assign the codec to be used.
- Caller identifying name:
It’s the name shown on the display of the telephone called.
If you leave it empty the first and the last name will be used.
- Nat:
The Nat is used (Yes/SI) only when the hardware (telephone, ATA, softphone, etc.) is
connected to the NBlade station through the internet.
- Dtmf: (Dual-tone multi-frequency)
Select the kind of DTMF used from your hardware (telephone, ATA, softphone, etc.).
- Incoming calls limit:
It shows the maximum amount of simultaneous Voip channels.
NOTE: select at least 2 channels if you want to connect to another extension put on
hold.
- Panel:
The user telephone is shown in the post operator panel.
Voicemail Menu
Click on the arrow pointing down to see the Voicemail Menu.
The Voicemail is an answering machine connected to the user and you can record your own
message (message of absence/messaggio assenza) directly from the telephone following the
instructions given by the virtual operator.
NOTE:
The user Voicemail is an automatic answer to the call (see the time out parameters of the
station), this will effect every action (IVR, answering Group, etc.) for after the Voicemail
message the telephone call come to an end.
You can eventually have a copy of you Voicemail message in .WAV format either in your local
mailbox or in another domain.
This option is activated only if you’ve bought the E-MAIL Licence.
Click on ADD/Aggiungi to save the changes: 
The user can be in the following status:
Activated
On hold, waiting to be applied
Deactivated 
Click on the appropriate button to confirm the changes
Save the Rescue Point as described in the "Saving Rescue Point
" section.
We recommend that you insert a description of the changes.
(example, “User Voip Added“)
