The Ringtones Groups are groups of users (extension/internal) that ring at the same time
when a call is forwarded by the IVR
or the Incoming Calls
.
Create a new Ringtones Groups.
Go to the Voip section => Extensions (Interni) => Ringtones Groups (Gruppi di suonerie)
Click on “
ADD”
to create a new Ringtone group.
Insert the name of the groups and click on
“ADD
” to confirm the action
Add users to the groups:
You can add users to a group in two different ways. You can either operate through the Group
area adding users already present in the group or through the Users Management/gestione
utente
.
1° Add users trough the Group
After you’ve created a Group click on
the following window it will appear, here you can
manage the users member of the group
.
Select the users you intend to put in the Group, click on the arrows 
to add or remove
them from the Group, click on “Modifica” to confirm the action.
2° Add users through the Users management/gestione degli utenti.
Click on=>Advanced Setting (Impostazioni Avanzate).
Click on 
in the Ringtones Group (Gruppo di Suonerie)
There will be a list of Groups, select that or those where you need to add your user and then
click on 
.
Click on the appropriate button to confirm the changes
Save the Rescue Point as described in the "Saving Rescue Point
" section. We recommend
that you insert a description of the changes.
(Example, “User Added“)
