The NBlade, Gcube and Atschool software products have a high profile technical support system.

Inside the web administration console, in the System menu, you can find the UPDATE entry. By using this function you have the possibility, after making the annual subscription (included in the price of the first year), to update the product with new functions and to correct any existing problems.

This service is paired with a technical support forum to point out possible problems or to make suggestions for bettering the product (included in the update subscription), and is also paired with a fee- based telephone support system.
