The General Parameters are essential for a proper functioning of the Station, they represent
the default setting (standard):
Timeout:
Timeout: the default time (expressed in seconds) of duration of an action by default, if no other
specified, it’s also the answering time of the Voicemail, the maximum time for a telephone to
ring, the maximum time for a call to be put on hold when forwarded.
Forwarding Provider:
It’s the provider by default used to forward and redirect the calls.
Default IVR (extension not answering):
It’s the IVR performed if an extension is set to be direct on an IVR by default.
Language:
It’s the default language of the Station.
Message Wake-Up service:
It’s the message played during the automatic Wake-Up service of the Station.
Password advance panel:
It’s the code to dial in the Flash monitoring panel of the Station
http://<ip della centrale>:1518/panel/
Numeration:
indicate the prefix of the telephone to contact a VOIP telephone ex. 82xx
The internal numeration is made of digit and x, for example if you want your station extensions
to start by 8 and to have 4 digits (8213, 8541...) the string will be 8xxx where 8 represent the
extensions and xxx represents the other 3 numbers.
This parameter is only necessary for the auto completion of the internal field in the
management menu and of the user’s creation.
Prefixes:
they are numbers used as prefixes ex. 030123458263 (03012345 will be the prefix) to be used
in passing selection when necessary.
It’s useful to add a root to the station numeration in order to be recognized from passing
selection. (see Incoming calls
)
Primary Stun Server:
NBlade has a Stunt Server installed to correctly address the SIP calls, this is the public
address.
Secondary Stun Server:
This is the private address of the stun server where the tunnel stunt end.
SIP recording time:
It’s the lapse of time after which the sip provider and the extension must be automatically
registered. It must be set in accordance with your telephone and providers parameters; the
default value is usually accepted by the providers and telephones we tested.
SIP maximum recording time:
It’s the maximum time accepted by the station for the providers and telephones registration. If
the setting of a telephone suggests a longer time it will be reset on this parameter.
Users’ months of memory log:
The station is provided with a CDR (Call Detail Report) that Record all the Incoming and
Outgoing calls.
Depending on the traffic on the station this log can be very large. We suggest you set this
parameter accordingly.
The information about the oldest calls will be permanently deleted.
IP asterisk manager:
The Asterisk Station has a system that manages it called API it has appropriate plug-in.
By activating in 127.0.0.1 Secure mode the station will not publish the managing API gate,
by activating it in 0.0.0.0 Insecure mode the station will publish on every Ethernet interface the
managing console opening the related gate.
We recommend you install a firewall in case you want to publish the managing API gate in
order to avoid intrusions in the telephone station.
We wish to remind you that a NBlade / Gcube form exist to set the entire advance firewalling.
PRI / BRI Autodetect:
The Pri/Bri Cards are in directly contact with the hardware and must be carefully installed.
By activating the Autodetect the station will perform an automatic discovery of the PRI/BRI
cards at the first restart of the system.
In case the cards are recognized they will be automatically put in the PROVIDER PRI / BRI
section.
Attention!! If in the provider section there are other cards they will be canceled at the first
restart, for this reason we recommend you take note of the existing parameters.
PRI / BRI Support:
Activate the station PRI o BRI o ANALOGIC support.
These will only work one at the time, this means you cannot install a mix of PRI/BRI or
Analogic Cards because of big driver’s conflicts.
