Permissions

The permissions are authorizations to the external groups through groups of users (extensions).

Create a Permission:

Click on Voip => Extensions/Interni => Permissions

Click on “ADD/AGGIUNGIgraphic  to add a new permission .

In the Group Permissions section click on the button graphic  to add the name of the permission: ex. Mobile and the click ADD/Aggiungi.

In the Dialstring box dial the telephone prefix you want to assign to the group.
The syntax of the spring is Telephone Prefix/ PREFISSO TELEFONICO and %.
The symbol % means that it can accept every number after the number.

If you want apply some time restriction on the use of the telephone prefix you can choose between two time slots.

NOTE: To create a group without restriction dial only % in the Dialstring box.

Add users to the groups:

You can add users to a group in two different ways. You can either operate through the Group area adding users already present in the group or through the User management/ gestione utente  .

1° Add users trough the Group
After you’ve created a Group click on graphic  and the following window it will appear, here you can manage the users member of the group.

Select the users you intend to put in the Group click on the arrows graphic  to add or remove them from the Group, click on “Change/Modifica” to confirm the action.

2° Add users through the User management /gestione degli utenti.

Go to => gestione utente  , click on the arrow graphic

Click on=>Advanced Setting (Impostazioni Avanzate).

Click on graphic  permissions management

There will be a list of Groups, select that or those where you need to add your user and then click ongraphic .

Click on the appropriate button to confirm the changes

Save the Rescue Point as described in the "Saving Rescue Point " section. We recommend that you insert a description of the changes.
(Example, “Permission Added“)
